It helps in identifying and changing negative thinking pushes and patterns suffered in suicidal and self destructive behaviours.
  • Schema Therapy: Schema therapy is an integrative mental health approach that brings the various elements from attachment and object relations theory, cognitive behaviour therapy and experiential Gestalt therapy for treating a patient. It has been mainly designed for addressing the several personality disorders as well as other mental health concerns that do not respond to other treatment options.
